Housing is getting harder and harder to come by in southeastern Pennsylvania. Affordable housing, for people of average means, is almost nonexistent. This trend, if it continues, jeopardizes the economic vitality of the county. Montgomery County Planning Manager Anne Leavitt-Gruberger talks about the shrinking housing market, its consequences, and what municipalities are doing to address it. Listen to the podcast with Anne above, then read CK’s blog post about the beauty of repurposing.

P.S. Start going to your local commissioner’s meetings and planning meetings. The future of your home town is in your hands!
